If you're not sure where to start, don't worry—our facilitator can help you figure out what might work best for you that day.
Education: Your facilitator may show you a new perspective using a simple diagram or refresh your memory of a previous teaching already covered to assist with your specific situation. Our unique models teach how to find peace, wholeness and healthy connection through aligned living. Follow a structured program or go with what seems most relevant to your current situation.
Interactive Activities: Your facilitator will offer you an activity with a horse/s to help you put your new perspective into practice in a safe, supportive environment. Some options include observing the horses, getting to know the horses up close, and depending on your comfort level, you may choose to groom/lead a horse or experience riding.
Reflection: At the end of each session, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your experience. What did the horses teach you? What emotions or thoughts surfaced during your time with them? This reflection time is an important part of the process, as it helps solidify the insights and healing you've gained during the session.
Integration: Your facilitator will ask you questions to help you consider how your experience might impact your daily life. What will you do differently? Will you use a new tool?
